Chilli

Warm, smoky and offering a definite kick to any dish, chilli is a hugely versatile spice, perfect for perking up any curry or dhal.

Blending the delicate flavours of coriander with cumin, this spice mix is an ideal base ingredient for curries, dhal and even Indian inspired stews and casseroles.
